RealPage is seeking a seasoned technology leader with 12+ years of experience in software delivery to join our Business Intelligence leadership team. This role will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization spanning .NET, Java, and BI/reporting platforms, driving execution, technical excellence, and team development.

Own end-to-end delivery and execution of the product road map.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across multiple technology stacks (.NET, Java, reporting platforms).
Partner with Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders to define scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to business goals.
Establish and drive engineering best practices, including code quality, CI/CD, testing strategies, and operational excellence.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams, ensuring sound architectural decisions and alignment with enterprise standards.
Maintain hands-on technical engagement with the codebase,



contributing to design and development of production systems as needed to guide teams and ensure high-quality outcomes (while not operating as a full time individual contributor).
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, team productivity, and delivery predictability.
Build a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Manage team performance, career development, hiring, and capacity planning.
Ensure delivery of highly available , scalable, and performant applications and reporting solutions.
Act as a key contributor within the broader engineering leadership team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
12+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in .NET and/or Java ecosystems.
3+ years of experience in an engineering management role leading teams of 8+ engineers.
