Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Plot - GA/66, 1910, Rajdanga Main Road,



Kolkata - 700107. Only Female Candidate Preferred. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote True Colors’ printing solutions, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, addressing customer questions, and guiding prospects through the sales process while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The role involves following up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, coordinating with the sales and service teams to schedule demonstrations or visits, and ensuring a professional and consistent customer experience. The Telesales Executive will work towards individual and team targets, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to ongoing improvement of telesales scripts and processes.
