About the Role
We are hiring an O&M; Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance of solar power plants while maximizing plant performance and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor plant performance through SCADA.
Troubleshoot inverter and electrical faults.
Conduct routine inspections.
Prepare daily generation reports.
Maintain maintenance records.
Coordinate with OEMs for technical support.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Improve plant efficiency and uptime.
Support warranty claims and audits.
