We're Hiring: Lead – Operations | And Payments

And Payments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses — spanning Payments, Reg Tech, B2 B Saa S, and Prepaid Instruments. As we scale toward Payment Aggregator (PA) and PPI operations, we're looking for a Lead – Operations to drive our core operational engine.

What you'll own:
Payment & Merchant Operations – settlements, reconciliation, chargebacks, merchant onboarding & KYC/KYB Escrow & Banking Operations – RBI-mandated escrow management, nodal bank relationships, daily reconciliation Customer Operations & Support – L2 support, RBI-compliant grievance redressal, CSAT & dispute analysis Cross-Functional Coordination – operational readiness across tech, product, finance & legal Team Leadership – lead and grow a team of 5–6 professionals across operations

What we're looking for:




6–9 years in fintech/payments/banking operations, with 2–3+ years leading a team Hands-on experience at a payment aggregator, gateway, wallet, or RBI-regulated fintech Robust grasp of RBI PA/PPI frameworks, KYC/KYB, and NPCI products (UPI, IMPS, NACH) Experience managing escrow accounts and end-to-end settlement operations High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
