Senior technical authority defining architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap for enterprise Messaging & Collaboration platforms. Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership — designing secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft 365 collaboration services across hybrid and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define enterprise M&C; architecture, roadmaps & reference designs
Lead Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams & OneDrive platforms
Build PowerShell frameworks leverage Power Automate, Graph API & Power BI
Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management
Define standards,



runbooks, dashboards & ITIL-aligned CSI initiatives
Trusted advisor support presales, workshops & executive-level briefings

Skilled & Technical Skills:

Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive
Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO
Advanced PowerShell, Power Automate, Power BI, Graph API

Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, PKI, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Authentication

Transport Rules, Email Security, Collaboration Governance, M365 Licensing
ITIL v4 — Incident, Problem, Change & Major Incident Management

Additional Information:

Qualifications

12–18+ years IT infrastructure experience

8+ years in Messaging & Collaboration engineering

Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field

Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 & Exchange Environments

Complex hybrid deployments, global enterprise scale

Preferred Certifications

M365 Enterprise
