Job Description:
We’re looking for a YouTube Content Creator & Host who can build a strong and consistent content presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
This role is for someone who can do more than simply operate a camera or edit videos. A content thinker and communicator who can identify interesting topics, research them, develop compelling angles, write scripts, present confidently on camera, and turn one robust idea into multiple pieces of content.

You’ll help Designday team build its voice around UX/UI, product design, AI, fintech, technology, startups, SaaS, digital products, and the future of design.

You’ll work closely with the founders and internal design team to understand DesignDay’s expertise and turn that knowledge into engaging, educational, and thought-provoking content.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate is naturally curious about design, technology, AI, digital products, and business and knows how to turn complex ideas into simple, interesting stories that people want to watch.
You should be comfortable taking a topic from:




Idea → Research → Angle → Script → Recording → Video
You will primarily focus on YouTube and video content, while helping repurpose that content across Designday’s other social channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Ideation
Research and identify interesting topics relevant to DesignDay’s audience.
Develop YouTube content ideas around UX/UI, product design, AI, fintech, SaaS, technology, startups, branding, and digital experiences.
Monitor industry trends, conversations, competitors, creators, products, and emerging topics to identify content opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential video topics.
Develop strong hooks, angles, titles, and content concepts.

YouTube Content Creation
Develop concepts and scripts for YouTube videos.
Research topics thoroughly and ensure content is accurate and useful.
Structure videos to maintain audience attention and encour
