Role Description The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving adoption of TickoraDesk’s platform by qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding prospective customers through the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer pain points,



aligning solutions to their support workflows, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves collaborating with customer success and marketing teams, providing feedback on product features, and supporting training sessions to help new customers get started successfully. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent virtual collaboration across time zones and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
