About the Role




We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Administrator to provide first-level IT support to employees. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

End User Support

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.

User Administration

Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
Manage password resets and access permissions.
Configure email accounts, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
Asset Management

Maintain the IT asset inventor
