Role Description The Ecommerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and brand-owned ecommerce platforms in a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. Responsibilities include maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate content and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with internal teams for timely order processing and fulfillment. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, preparing regular reports,



and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The Ecommerce Executive will handle account management duties with marketplace partners, assist in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities, and support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.
Qualifications
Solid analytical skills to interpret ecommerce performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
