Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Professional Services to manage enterprise-level clients and drive successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with enterprise customers in a Product or SaaS-based environment, with the ability to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Experience with customer support platforms such as Helpshift, Zendesk, or similar products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and build strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Lead customer implementations and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Work closely with Product,



Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver client requirements.
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
Identify and resolve customer issues and implementation challenges.
Act as a trusted point of contact for enterprise customers.
Drive customer satisfaction and successful adoption of the product.
Work in a global environment supporting clients across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Professional Services, Client Implementation, Consulting, or Enterprise Customer Delivery.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
Robust background in a Product or SaaS-based organization.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
