Role Description The Machine Maintenance Head is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for production equipment and utilities in the sheet metal manufacturing facility. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mira Bhayandar The role involves supervising maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports. The Machine Maintenance Head will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot technical issues, liaise with external service providers,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. with relevant maintenance experience.

Candidates sho Management skills to lead maintenance staff, coordinate activities, and promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Relevant technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (diploma or degree) and experience in manufacturing or sheet metal industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, safety standards, and basic troubleshooting tools, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment.
Positive communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with production, quality, and management teams
