Role Description The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients across IT training, services, and consulting offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves managing follow-ups, supporting negotiations, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns to meet revenue and growth targets.
