Role Description The MIS Executive role at Brickgence Solutions is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The MIS Executive will compile, analyze, and maintain data from various business functions to produce accurate and timely MIS reports. Daily responsibilities include updating databases, generating dashboards, validating data, and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for management. The role involves coordinating with different teams to gather information, understanding reporting requirements,



and presenting insights in a clear and structured format. The MIS Executive will also support process improvements, assist in developing reporting templates, and ensure compliance with internal data standards and documentation practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and work with structured and unstructured data.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with MIS Reporting, including creating, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
Proficiency in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; familiarity with reporting tools or BI platforms is beneficial.
