Role Description Purchase Manager / Executive – Third Party Manufacturing Exports is a full-time, on-site position based at global head office at Pune . This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing intended for export markets, including vendor identification, qualification, and negotiation. The individual will coordinate with manufacturing partners, quality assurance, regulatory,



and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant supply of products. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring vendor performance, managing cost and lead times, and ensuring adherence to international regulatory and quality standards for export markets. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvements in the supply chain and procurement function.

Qualifications
Robust procurement and vendor management skills, including experience with third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing and contract negotiation.
Knowledge of export operations, international trade regulations, and documentation relevant to Latin America, MENA, Africa, and Asia markets.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance processes for specialty generics.
