Role Description

The Project Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects related to plant expansion, equipment installation, process improvement, utilities, and infrastructure development.
The role involves managing project activities from planning through execution and commissioning, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, vendors,



and consultants, and ensuring that projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing project plans, technical specifications, layouts, BOQs, schedules, and progress reports; coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility-related activities; monitoring site execution; resolving technical issues; tracking project milestones and costs; and supporting equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

The Project Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, quality, procurement, utilities, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution with minimum disruption to ongoing plant operations.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineer
