Debt Collection Executive – UAE Banking Portfolio

Job Summary

We are looking for freshers as well as experienced candidates to join our UAE Banking Debt Collection team. Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. Complete process and collection training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments for UAE banking products.
- Handle customer conversations professionally and respectfully.
- Understand the reason for payment delays and negotiate suitable payment commitments.
- Obtain and regularly follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP).
- Follow up on overdue accounts through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Update customer interactions, commitments and payment status accurately in the system.




- Coordinate with Team Leaders and tracing teams for non-contactable customers.
- Work towards assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Follow all client guidelines, collection policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of customer and banking information.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers can apply and will be preferred if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can be considered based on communication skills.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Candidate should preferably speak Malayalam.
- Hindi communication will be an additional advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Confident, disciplined and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in Debt Collection, Banking, BPO, Telecalling or Customer Service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
