Role Description The Content Creator and Strategist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing content strategies that promote IHM Connect’s ERP solutions across digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns,



and marketing collateral. The individual will research industry trends, interview internal stakeholders, and translate product features into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences such as schools, real estate firms, and manufacturers. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing copy, creating content calendars, optimizing content for search and engagement, and collaborating with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also includes monitoring content performance, refining strategies based on data, and maintaining a coherent brand voice across all communication touchpoints.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content strategies, including planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Strong skills in content creation for multiple formats (web pages, blogs, social media posts, email copy, and marketing
