Role Description The Business Development Associate role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and nurturing prospects across the education and corporate sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners, coordinating meetings and demos, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.



The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, support sales and partnership targets, and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client engagement and internal collaboration.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in ed-tech or education, is an advantage.
