Role Description: The Junior Business Development Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on supporting revenue growth and client acquisition. This position involves prospecting new leads, qualifying opportunities, and assisting in the management of the sales pipeline. The specialist will conduct outreach via email, calls, and online meetings, present MarTech Union’s solutions,



and follow up to move prospects through the sales cycle. They will collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, demos, and presentations, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also includes providing basic support to existing clients, gathering feedback, and participating in training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Demonstrated track record of converting leads into paying clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience selling to clients across India and international markets, preferably the UK, UAE, USA, or Europe.
