Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Handle lead generation for both IT and Non-IT clients/industries.
Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools to build prospect lists.
Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Initiate conversations with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.
Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Schedule meetings/demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and calling targets.
Track outreach activities, conversions, and lead performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.

Skills And Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales, business development,



or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience working with both IT and Non-IT lead generation.
Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify decision-makers and generate relevant business leads.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred.
Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and prospecting techniques.
