Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and process-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll coordination, ERP entries, petty cash, vouchers, and internal financial processes.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all accounting transactions, statutory payments, payroll-related activities, requests, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed accurately, systematically, and within the required timelines.
The role requires the ability to work across multiple systems, including ERP platforms such as Odoo, Excel, internal systems, and other accounting-related platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Record and maintain all accounting transactions, including sales, purchases,



expenses, receipts, payments, bank transactions, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
Ensure all accounting records are complete, accurate, and properly supported by relevant documents.
Assist in reconciliations and identify and rectify discrepancies.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for audit and management purposes.
2. ERP & Odoo Accounting Management
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in the company's ERP system, including Odoo.
Ensure all approved financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time in Odoo.
Maintain entries relating to invoices, bills, expenses, payments, receipts, journals, bank transactions, and other accounting activities.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that required information and supporting documents are available before making entries.
