Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing a team that supports builders, buyers, and brokers through the company’s platform and services. This hybrid position is based in Kurla, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. Day-to-day tasks include assigning and monitoring team workloads, setting performance expectations, and providing guidance and coaching to team members. The Team Lead Manager will ensure timely resolution of client queries, coordinate with internal stakeholders,



and maintain quality standards for customer interactions and operational processes. The role also involves analyzing team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with builders, buyers, brokers, and internal teams.
Experience in real estate, sales operations, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial.
