Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction of Junna Solar Systems Limited. The Owner oversees business development, key client relationships, and partnerships, ensuring sustainable growth in solar PV manufacturing and EPC services. Daily responsibilities include guiding operational and financial performance, reviewing project pipelines, monitoring production quality,



and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role involves collaborating with senior managers on resource planning, risk management, and process improvement, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability. The Owner also represents the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen brand presence and market reach.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
Solid understanding of solar energy technologies, PV module manufacturing, and EPC project life cycles.
Business development and relationship management skills, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for manufacturing and project-based businesses.
Experience in operations management, quality assurance, and regulator
