RiseIT Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Staff Accountant based in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for assigned day to day accounting duties under the guidance of both the US Staff Accountant and the US CFO.

This is 5 days in office in Hyderabad to work in the US timezone (CST), night shift in Hyderabad.
Job duties include but not limited to:
· Assigned monthly and year end closing duties by the monthly deadline established by the US Staff Accountant and Chief Financial Officer for monthly reporting.
· Assigned Balance Sheet reconciliations for CFO’s review and approval
· Supporting US Staff Accountant with management of the General Ledger for each business unit
· Assigned Bank Reconciliations for CFO’s review and approval
· Cash application duties as assigned by the CFO and US Staff Accountant
· Support both External Financial and Bank Audits
· Voucher all non-subcontractor payable invoices, including coordinating with the US Staff Accountant on proper coding and allocation of cost to appropriate general ledger account, on a timely and accurate manner.




· Vouchering non-billable employee expense reports promptly to insure employees are reimbursed for all management approved expense incurred personally by the employee.
· Process the company credit card, including coordinating the coding with the US Staff Accountant. Insure that company credit card is paid by its due date to avoid unnecessary charges and impact to card holders.
· The Staff Accountant is to insure that Accounts Payable for non-subcontractors is closed by the monthly deadline established by the US Staff Accountant and Chief Financial Officer for monthly reporting.
· The Staff Accountant is to insure that all non-subcontractor invoices are approved by the appropriate Business Leader before the invoices is vouchered for payment.
· Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and employees and research discrepancies
· Assist in accounting for accounts receivable by properly applying customer payments consist
