Role Description The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in greater Noida. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, including monitoring production lines, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The supervisor coordinates production planning, manages workflow, and ensures that quality standards are met at every stage. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, resolving operational issues, maintaining safety practices, and reporting production and quality metrics.



The role also involves close communication with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to support smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning, capacity management, and scheduling to meet output targets.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to industry standards.
