Role Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and scaling automation frameworks. The ideal candidate brings strong programming expertise in Java, deep proficiency with Selenium, and solid working knowledge of AWS Cloud, along with the ability to independently own automation strategy for large, enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into comprehensive automated test strategies and test plans.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated regression, functional, integration, and smoke test suites.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.
Leverage AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, CodePipeline) to build and support scalable, cloud-based test execution infrastructure.




Perform API testing and validation using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent.
Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.
Perform root cause analysis on test failures and provide actionable insights to improve overall product quality.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product, Business) in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Own test planning, effort estimation, and status reporting for automation deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, and drive best practices in test automation across the team.
Continuously assess and enhance automation coverage, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of overall QA experience, with a strong and demonstrable focus on test automation.
Solid hands-on programming experience in Java, including solid command of OOPs concepts and design patterns.
