We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manage r with proven experience in the Executive Search industr y. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our leadership hiring portfolio across diverse industries.

This role is ideal for professionals who have a robust network, excellent consultative selling skills, and a successful track record of acquiring and managing executive search mandates.

Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end business development activities to acquire new executive search mandates Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, Linked In, and industry events Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders,



CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and business decision-makers Understand client hiring needs and position executive search solutions effectively Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations Collaborate closely with the research and delivery teams to ensure successful mandate execution Generate repeat business by maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring opportunities Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report business performance to leadership
