Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a UI/UX Designer focused on EnerZ’s ride-hailing app, based in Kerala, India. The intern will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for both riders and drivers. Daily tasks include researching user needs, refining visual design, testing usability, and iterating on interface elements to improve overall user experience. The role involves preparing design assets for implementation, working closely with front-end developers,



and ensuring that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to a wide range of users.

Qualifications
Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to create intuitive user flows.
Ability to develop mockups and apply visual design principles to create explicit, engaging app interfaces.
Experience with interactive prototyping tools and workflows to validate and refine design concepts.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and interest in mobility, sustainability, or consumer-facing digital products.
Relevant coursework or prior project work in UI/UX design, interaction design, or a related field
