Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist role at Agreen is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The specialist will monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections,



documenting quality metrics, assisting in root cause analysis for nonconformities, and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves collaborating with production, operations, and supply chain teams, participating in internal audits, and helping maintain compliance with certifications and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The specialist will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, update quality procedures, and support training activities related to quality and safety.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with experience in monitoring and improving product and process quality.
