Role Description As Asia’s largest private airport operator and the second-largest globally, GMR manages major airports in Delhi, Hyderabad, Goa, and Medan, and is developing new projects in Bhogapuram and Crete. This full-time, in office Senior Engineer role is based on India. The Senior Engineer will lead and execute engineering activities across planning, design, implementation, and maintenance for infrastructure and projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing detailed drawings and technical documents, supporting procurement with technical evaluations, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing best practices in sustainable and efficient engineering. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior team members,



contribute to process improvements, and support reporting and documentation for internal and regulatory stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in core engineering principles, project planning, and execution, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or transportation domains.
Proficiency in technical documentation, design review, and use of engineering tools and software relevant to Civil
Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors and external agencies
Skills in data analysis, problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making in complex project environments.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) from a GMR Institute of Technology
