Responsibilities





• Provide L2 support for Juniper-based network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and VPN issues
• Manage network configuration, upgrades, and security policies
• Perform RCA and ensure SLA adherence
• Monitor network performance and optimize availability
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports

Preferred Background

✔ experience in Network Operations
✔ Hands-on experience with Juniper environments
✔ Exposure to Enterprise, Data Center, or BFSI environments preferred
✔ Willingness to work in a 24x7 support model
