Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions across functions. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, designing job descriptions, and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with UrbanGabru’s culture and growth plans. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage communication throughout the hiring process,



support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include recruitment reporting, vendor coordination, and support for onboarding activities.
Qualifications
Experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management, preferably in consumer, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, including use of job boards, qualified networks, and social media platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with candidates and internal teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and basic HR processes.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related
