Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Provide advanced technical support for the Data protection solutions and related components—serving as a primary escalation point for complex issues.
Own the overall health, scalability, and security of data protection solution, driving continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ruleset deployment, agent synchronization and triaging.
Mitigate identified risks by upgrading solutions to the latest secure versions.
Support day-to-day operations including health checks, alert triage, identifying potential risks, and reporting findings to clients.
Architect and implement automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation solutions to minimize downtime and streamline support operations.
Ensure data protection solution compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements, prepare audit documentation, and address any identified gaps.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations for service improvement.
Support onboarding and training of current users and junior staff, helping adhere to data protection solutions and guidelines.
