Role Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in India to join PubShine in a full-time, remote role.
This opportunity is open to fresh graduates with no prior qualified experience required. We’re looking for someone who is curious, confident in communication, eager to learn, and interested in digital advertising, publishers, technology, and business development.
What You’ll Do
Research potential publishers, partners, and new markets.
Identify and explore recent business opportunities.
Connect with potential partners through email, LinkedIn, calls, and meetings.
Build and maintain professional relationships.
Support proposals, presentations,



and partnership discussions.
Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Maintain organized records of leads and outreach activities.
Collaborate with the PubShine team on business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
No previous professional experience is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable connecting and communicating with recent people.
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good research and organizational skills.
Interest in business development, digital advertising, publishers, or technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Media, or a related field is preferred.
