Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Leadership role in the Pharma Sales Gynaecology and IVF Division, based in Mumbai, with a compensation of up to 32 LPA. The position involves leading sales strategy and execution for the Gynaecology and IVF portfolio, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth. The role requires managing and mentoring sales teams, overseeing territory planning,



and building robust relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions. Day-to-day activities include reviewing market trends, coordinating with marketing and medical teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and preparing regular business reports for senior management. The leader will also contribute to long-term strategic planning, product positioning, and expansion initiatives in relevant therapeutic areas.
Qualifications
Strong experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership, preferably in Gynaecology and IVF or related specialties
Proven ability in strategic planning, target setting, and sales performance management
Demonstrated skills in team leadership, coaching, and talent development
Experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals
Solid understanding of pharma regulatory, compliance, and ethical sales practices
