About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Closer to join our growing team and drive sales across Founder Success Club and other sister concerns of Kikai Learn.
This is a closing-focused sales role, not a telecalling role.
The ideal candidate should be confident handling qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting the right offering, handling objections and converting prospects into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified inbound leads generated through Meta, workshops, webinars, WhatsApp and other channels.
Conduct sales calls and understand the prospect's requirements, goals and challenges.
Recommend and sell the most relevant program or offering.
Close high-ticket B2C sales.
Follow up systematically with prospects who do not purchase immediately.
Re-engage old and dormant leads.
Handle objections around price, timing, trust,



value and decision-making.
Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle B2B inbound and outbound opportunities when required.
Maintain a qualified relationship with prospects throughout the sales journey.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of proven sales experience.
Strong experience in sales closing, preferably high-ticket B2C sales.
Experience in EdTech, coaching, consulting, professional services, SaaS or similar industries is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable speaking with entrepreneurs, professionals and business owners.
Strong follow-up discipline.
Highly target-oriented and comfortable working with revenue targets.
Willing to work from office in Dhanori, Pune.
