That’s where Product Operations becomes important.

The Role
You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and enterprise customers.
Your job will be to understand how customers use Controvia, identify recurring operational and product issues, structure requirements and help make our product and implementation processes increasingly scalable.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys both analytical problem-solving and technology.

Responsibilities
Product Operations
· Analyse how customers use Controvia.
· Identify recurring product and operational issues.
· Help improve internal product processes.
· Maintain structured records of customer requirements and feedback.




· Coordinate product-related activities across teams.

Customer Requirements
· Understand customer expense policies and workflows.
· Analyse customer-specific requirements.
· Help translate business requirements into product configurations.
· Identify patterns across different enterprise customers.

Product & Engineering
· Work with Product Managers and engineers to clarify requirements.
· Support testing of new functionality.
· Help reproduce and document product issues.
· Track important product requests through resolution.

Data & Insights
· Analyse product and operational data.
· Develop simple reports and dashboards.
· Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
· Help the product team make better evidence-based decisions.
