The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-scaling enterprise AI company building solutions for the banking sector.

What You'll Do

Personally originate and own relationships with senior, CXO-level stakeholders at India's top private banks — you bring the introduction, you don't inherit an account list.
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees inside banks — including information security, technology leadership (CTO/CIO), collections, and procurement — to move deals through a compliance-heavy enterprise sales cycle.
Compress a sales cycle that typically runs 6–12 months in banking down to 3–4 months to a qualified conversation, by walking in with relationships already at the right level.
Own each deal end-to-end — your own prospecting, your own relationships, your own outcomes. Every deal should have a explicit story: who the contact was, how it moved, and how it closed.
Work large, high-value enterprise contracts — not a high-volume, low-ticket SMB sales motion.





What We're Looking For

10–15 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience, with a proven, personal track record of selling into India's top private banks. Prior category — SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, or infrastructure — is open, as long as the banking relationships are real and demonstrable.
A current, senior-level network inside major Indian private banks — CXO or equivalent — that you can activate immediately, not a network you'd need to rebuild.
A demonstrated ability to personally source, run, and close large enterprise deals, without relying on leads generated by someone else.
Comfort operating as an individual contributor. The seniority of the title reflects the seniority of relationships required, not people-management scope — this is not the right move for someone seeking a team to lead.
