Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: GOP – Perungalathur Office, Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week) Working Hours: UK Shift Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application development, enhancements, and maintenance/support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, experience managing cross-functional teams (Applications+Infra+Network), and proven capability in handling both project delivery and support operations. This role requires solid stakeholder management, planning, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work effectively with onsite/offshore teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Execution • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, and release schedules. • Plan, allocate, and manage resources across development and support teams. • Manage end-to-end delivery of development, enhancements, and support services.



• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, secure coding practices, and compliance guidelines. • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Technical & Functional Leadership • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams. • Review technical solutions, user stories, design approaches, and estimations. • Support integrations with APIs, cloud platforms, backend systems, and mobile frameworks. • Ensure smooth deployment and release management across environments. • Track team performance, utilization, and productivity. • Mentor team members and promote continuous process improvements.
