Role Description
The Regional Manager – Academics and Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, with 10 plus years experience in overseeing academic quality and operational support across preschools in the region. The role involves implementing and monitoring the curriculum, guiding preschool staff on instructional best practices, and ensuring adherence to academic standards. The Regional Manager will conduct regular school visits, review classroom performance, analyze academic data,



and recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes. This position also coordinates training for teachers and support staff, addresses academic and operational concerns from centers, and collaborates with central teams to roll out new initiatives. The role requires maintaining strong communication with school leaders, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality preschool experience across all assigned centers.

Location : Hyderabad

Solid background in Educational Management and Education, with experience overseeing multiple centers or schools.
Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programs.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school leaders, and central teams.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review academic performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
