About the Role
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs, product development, and software quality.
The role is primarily focused on Business Analysis and Product Understanding, supported by practical systems knowledge and strong Functional QA ownership.
You will work with stakeholders, clients, and developers to understand business problems, research how industries and similar products operate, define how features should work, translate requirements into clear development expectations, and validate completed work.
We are looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges assumptions, identifies gaps, and independently develops deep product and domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Product Analysis
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business problems, workflows, and requirements.




Research industries, business processes, and comparable products to help define practical product solutions.
Identify missing requirements, business rules, user roles, dependencies, and edge cases.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and clear development tasks.
Create basic process flows and functional documentation when needed.
Become a functional subject-matter expert for assigned products.

Development Collaboration
Act as the functional bridge between stakeholders and developers.
Clarify requirements and answer functional questions during implementation.
Help ensure delivered functionality remains aligned with the business objective.
Work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle to identify and resolve functional gaps.

Functional QA Ownership
Own functional QA across active development projects, including:
Manual and regression testing
