Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to strengthen The Ocean Pearl Hotels’ online presence. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include managing social media calendars, drafting posts, coordinating visual assets, and monitoring engagement metrics.



The role involves optimizing social media channels, running campaigns, responding to comments and inquiries, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to highlight hotel services, offers, and guest experiences. The Social Media Manager will also track performance, generate reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts on major platforms.
Solid Communication and Writing abilities to craft explicit, engaging, and brand-appropriate messaging.
Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning posts with marketing goals.
Understanding of basic analytics tools for tracking performance, reporting results, and making data-informed decisions.
