Position Summary

Level: Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

This role acts as a technical escalation point, driving system reliability, compliance, and process optimization while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues for Data protection tools and related components.




Lead proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization of active services to ensure high performance and business continuity.
Oversee and execute advanced troubleshooting, leveraging log analysis, diagnostic tools, and root cause analysis to resolve persistent or high-impact issues.
Coordinate and help implement regular software updates, security patches, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and ongoing compliance with security policies.
Monitors the effectiveness of rules and maintain records of exception requests and approvals.
Collaborate with CSIRT on alert investigations and rule refinement to reduce false positives.
Manage and optimize policy enforcement and security configurations.
Plan, schedule, and lead system changes, upgrades, and configuration adjustments, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and business needs.
