We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with hands-on experience hiring within the construction, architectural metals, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
This role will involve managing multiple open positions simultaneously, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and supporting recruitment for both professional and skilled-trade positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across different departments and functions.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and move candidates through the process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, follow-ups, and other recruitment activities.




Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Recruit for both professional/technical roles and skilled-trade positions.
Communicate effectively with remote employees and candidates, including candidates located in different countries/time zones.
Support hiring managers with candidate feedback, interview coordination, and recruitment updates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
