Role Description The PMC Engineer (Interior Fit-out Project) will oversee end-to-end project management for retail interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and quality execution in line with client requirements and company standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams, as well as monitoring project schedules,



budgets, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and BOQs, supervising site activities, conducting quality and safety checks, and resolving technical and operational issues in office. The PMC Engineer will prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, and support audits and handover processes. The role requires proactive communication, strong follow-through, and a focus on delivering sustainable, high-performing retail spaces.

Qualifications
Strong project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple interior fit-out sites.
Technical knowledge in interior fit-out execution, including understanding of drawings, materials, BOQs, and construction methods.
Experience in site supervision, quality control, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
