Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the smooth running of client projects through accurate project tracking, coordination with internal teams, and hands-on exposure to project planning and financials. Working closely with the Project Management Lead, this role is central to ensuring our project management systems remain accurate, current, and reliable as a single source of truth. This is a learning-focused role designed to build foundational project management skills.
Internship duration: 6 Months
Please Note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day upkeep of the project management tool (Microsoft Business Central), ensuring project records, timelines, milestones, and status fields are accurate and up to date at all times.
Run regular data quality checks to identify gaps, overdue tasks, or incomplete entries,



and follow up with project owners to close them.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project updates and ensure information flows into the system promptly.
Support the Project Management Lead in project setup activities, including creating project records, assigning codes, and maintaining accurate documentation and archives.
Assist with scoping activities by helping compile effort estimates, deliverable lists, and timelines under guidance from senior team members.
Prepare and circulate routine project status reports, trackers, and MIS extracts for review by the Project Management Lead.
Support meeting coordination by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
Escalate risks, delays, or data discrepancies to the Project Management Lead in a timely and structured manner.
Adapt to a quick-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
