Role Description The Regional Sales Manager – Pharma – Gynaecology Division – Pune – 15 LPA is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market development for gynecological products within the assigned region, including developing and executing regional sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.



Day-to-day activities include managing and mentoring the regional sales team, planning territory coverage, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts, conduct regular field visits, and gather market insights on competition, pricing, and product positioning. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, coordinating closely with marketing and supply chain teams, and representing the company at regional conferences, meetings, and training programs.
Qualifications
Proven regional sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in gynecology or women’s health.
