Vicharta Samuday Samarthan Manch (VSSM) is a Gujarat-based non-profit organization working for the empowerment of Nomadic and De-notified Tribes (NT-DNTs) and other marginalized communities. Through its programmes in education, housing, livelihood, water conservation, environmental sustainability, and humanitarian support, VSSM has been creating sustainable impact across Gujarat for over two decades.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting functions for VSSM and its group organizations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, be comfortable handling statutory compliances, and possess excellent organizational skills.

??? ????????????????:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Prepare vouchers, maintain ledgers, and reconcile bank accounts.




• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and support donor and statutory audits.
• Work closely with programme and administrative teams for financial coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (NGO experience preferred).
• Sound knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
