Manager – Marketing | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to centres and provide marketing support.
Meet franchisees and provide strategic inputs on local marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute marketing plans for recent as well as existing centres.
Support new centre launches and drive local marketing activities.
Identify and evaluate suitable properties for recent centre sign-ups.
Develop tie-ups with schools, corporates, consultants, and other relevant partners.
Support Area Managers in conducting workshops, MTRs, and centre-level marketing activities.
Plan and execute city-wise events to strengthen brand visibility and recognition.
Execute ATL campaigns and major brand events such as LMKC, Marathon, Walkathon, and other large-scale initiatives.
Drive local market activation and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies across centres.
Desired Skills & Experience




6–10 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of sales and marketing practices.
Experience in handling channel partners, franchisees, or business partners.
Robust Bangalore/local market knowledge is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively, including 5–7 days or more on a single trip when required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Action-oriented approach with a strong service mindset.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
