Role Description The B2B Lead Generation Specialist will work full time in office at Photawn’s Mumbai location, focusing on identifying and qualifying potential business clients. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets and companies, building prospect lists, and generating new leads through digital channels, calls, emails, and networking activities. The role involves engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



track lead performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and nurture New Leads, with strong Lead Generation skills across multiple channels.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interactions with business stakeholders.
Sales-focused mindset with the capability to support the sales pipeline and conversion efforts.
Strong Research skills to analyze markets, industries, and target accounts.
Experience with CRM or lead management tools and basic data tracking or reporting.
Prior experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales is highly beneficial.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
